No. Vendors never pay. They get a simple access code, enter it in their browser, and immediately see their filtered timeline. No app download, no account creation, no friction at all.

Absolutely. If you start with a Couples plan and decide to become a wedding planner (it happens more than you’d think), just upgrade to any Planner tier. Your existing wedding data carries over.

We process all payments securely through Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted. All prices are in AUD.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No exit fees, no lock-in contracts. If you cancel, your client data is retained for 90 days in case you change your mind.

An active client is any wedding that hasn’t been archived. Once a wedding is complete, archive it to free up a slot. Archived weddings are still accessible in read-only mode for 12 months. Past client data is never deleted while your subscription is active.

Annual billing is charged once per year and saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan is $59/mo monthly ($708/yr) or $49/mo billed annually ($590/yr) — saving you $118 per year.

For Couples Pro, we offer a full refund within 14 days if PlannedBy isn’t right for you. For Planner subscriptions, you can cancel anytime and won’t be charged again. We don’t pro-rate partial months, but you keep access until the period ends.
