No credit card required, no time limit. Unlimited guests, suppliers, CSV and the print-ready PDF export open up on Core, a one-time $54 payment.

You pay once for the whole wedding. Core is $54, Plus is $79. No monthly fees, no recurring charges. If you buy Core and later want Plus, you only pay the $25 difference.

No. Vendors never pay. They get a simple access code, enter it in their browser, and immediately see their filtered timeline. No app download, no account creation, no friction at all.

Absolutely. If you start with a Couples plan and decide to become a wedding planner (it happens more than you’d think), just move up to any Planner tier. Your existing wedding data carries over and becomes your first client.

We process all payments securely through Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are all accepted.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You’ll keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then the account goes view-only. No exit fees, no lock-in contracts, and nothing is deleted — resubscribe and everything is exactly where you left it.

An active client is any wedding that hasn’t been archived. Once a wedding is done, archive it to free up a slot. Archived weddings stay viewable in read-only mode for as long as you have an account. Archiving is permanent, so you’ll be asked to confirm it.

Annual billing is charged once per year and works out cheaper than paying month to month. The Pro plan is $54/mo monthly ($648/yr) or $44/mo billed annually ($528/yr), saving you $120 a year. Basic saves the most: $24/mo monthly ($288/yr) or $14/mo billed annually ($168/yr).

Every Planner plan starts with 7 days completely free, with everything unlocked. You add a card up front but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel from your account page before then and you pay nothing at all. One trial per account.

Yes. You can move between Planner tiers at any time from your account settings. Upgrades apply straight away and you’re invoiced the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep everything you’ve already paid for until then. Couples plans are pay-once, so there’s nothing to downgrade — Core can be topped up to Plus for the $25 difference.
