Fair questions.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. They open your link and type their name. Sending photos works the same way, straight from their phone's browser.

What if a guest can't find their name?

They're asked to try the name on their invitation, or to message you. Only people on your guest list can reply.

Can we change it after it's live?

Yes. Every change you save goes live straight away, so the link you sent never goes stale.

Can we keep it private?

Yes. Leave it open, add a password, or show it only to guests who find their name.

When do replies close?

You set a reply-by date. Replies stay open a few days past it for the late ones, then close. You choose how many days.

Who sees the guest photos?

You approve every photo before it shows in the album or on the slideshow. You can download everything.

What if guests send more photos than our plan covers?

Nobody is turned away. Anything over your plan waits for you, and you can unlock it with a bigger plan.

Is it really one payment?

Yes. Plus is one payment for the whole wedding, and guest photos are one payment too. Nothing renews.
